The Fitness Center cardio section includes Life Fitness treadmills, bikes & stair climbers and Precor ellipticals and AMT's, all with TV, internet, virtual courses, and progress tracking. A free-weight section, stretching area and isometric strength training round out the Fitness Center. Fitness Coaches are available to answer your questions.
Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Now offering a variety of activities including Pilates, Zumba®, Silver Sneakers®, cycle, and yoga.
Class participants must check-in at the Kroc Center no later than 10 minutes past class start time
