The Fitness Center cardio section includes Life Fitness treadmills, bikes & stair climbers and Precor ellipticals and AMT's, all with TV, internet, virtual courses, and progress tracking. A free-weight section, stretching area and isometric strength training round out the Fitness Center. Fitness Coaches are available to answer your questions.
BODYPUMP is one of the fastest and most effective ways to get in shape because it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
Want to tone and strengthen your entire body in a matter of weeks? Try a BODYPUMP class; known to torch calories and become the movements your body will crave!
Does the thought of cycling yourself fit sound more intriguing? The Kroc Center now offers Les Mills RPM classes, which is a Cycle class, led by an inspiring team coach, who will guide you through hills, flats, mountains, peaks, time trials and interval training!
Come the New Year, the Kroc Center is rounding out its Les Mills classes with CXWORX; the class that hones in on the torso and sling muscle, which will help you run faster, play harder and stand stronger!

Better health leads to a better you. Our wellness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout.
Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Now offering a variety of activities including Pilates, Zumba®, Silver Sneakers®, cycle, and yoga.
Class participants must check-in at the Kroc Center no later than 10 minutes past class start time
